What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with site managers and superintendents to manage financials, logistics, and reporting
- Scope out manpower, equipment, and materials needed for each phase
- Lead internal and client-facing meetings with confidence and clarity
- Solve problems proactively and keep projects moving forward
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and construction regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and vendors
- Secure permits and licenses for demolition activities
- Maintain project schedule and prepare weekly progress reports to keep stakeholders informed
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and progress
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing industrial demolition projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask, plan ahead, and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in MS Project is required
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is preferred
- BS degree in Construction Management or Engineering Management (preferred)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Industrial Demolition Site HSE Professional
Job Description
Jackson Demolition Service, Inc. is a nationally recognized demolition firm currently seeking knowledgeable, responsible and qualified health and safety professionals for site HSE management roles at multiple upcoming projects.
Safety is not just a priority at Jackson, it is a fundamental value at the core of who we are. The ideal candidate must be passionate about safety and keeping our workers safe. The work will require daily safety and health management of a large, industrial demolition project with a crew of 15-30 members. Activities on the site may range from precision internal removal of industrial components to full-scale facility demolition.
Responsibilities:
- Manage site safety in accordance with company policies, client programs and regulatory requirements,
- Lead daily safety meetings, training sessions, inspections, etc
- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures,
- Document activities and maintain records
- Record and investigate near misses and incidents,
- Overseeing subcontractors,
- Additional HSE duties, as required
Qualifications:
- Previous Demolition Safety Experience is preferred
- Health and Safety Degree and Professional Credentials (ASP or CSP) are preferred, but not required
- Organizational skills and great attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with field workers and field managers
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred, but not required
- Clear and understandable written communication skills are very important
- Understand how to use basic computer software such as MS Office, Adobe, etc

- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- US Citizenship or legal resident status
- 30-hour OSHA certification or OSHA 500 Authorized Trainer

We are seeking an experienced safety oriented, Superintendent to manage on-site operations for high-profile industrial projects across the U.S. This role demands a proven leader who can deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective results.
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum of 5-years direct management of Industrial Demolition projects
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily site activities, ensuring safety, environmental compliance, schedule adherence, and budget control
- Direct and coordinate crews, including laborers, operators, burners, and subcontractors
- Interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications with precision
- Develop and execute detailed work plans for management review
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Lead daily tailgate safety meetings and regular client updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Industrial demolition management or superintendent-level leadership
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Card
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
