Having over 20 years of continuous professional experience in the Demolition and Environmental Construction Arena, Kinelski joined Jackson Demolition Service, Inc. (Jackson) in 2021. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from California State University East Bay.
Kinelski is an accomplished executive that has steadily advanced with increasing levels of responsibility. He is accomplished in key management areas, such as P&L Management, Building Teams, Contract Negotiation, Business Development and Sales, Proposal Development, Project Planning and Budgeting, Estimating, Cost Accounting and Contract Administration, Staff Supervision and Subcontractor Management. With his strong commitment to quality of production and service, as well as his dedication to project safety, he builds and maintains strong client relationships at an executive level. He has experience with maximizing revenue streams and profit margins through the proper management of scrap metal and reusable assets. He has serviced large projects, primarily industrial across the nation in key market sectors, while performing business development, sales, estimating and execution of projects on a stand-alone basis.
His hands-on, team-based approach along with his courteous personality, coupled with his technical skill set is an excellent complement to the strength of the Jackson team.
