Project Description
This project consisted of the removal and disposal of Pot Line 1, which consisted of 150 Hall-Type P-88 pots. Split between rooms 101 and 102, the pots and ancillary equipment and materials, superstructures, cradles, bus work, duct work, equipment controls, work platforms, stairs and walkways were removed. Twelve of the pot shells were already previously removed by the plant prior to the project. Six of the pot shells did not require removal of SPL and were to contain unused cathode lining material.
