Project Description
Jackson completed the demolition of the former jail and sheriff's office for the future expansion of Greene County’s courthouse.  The structure was built in 1908 and was 2 stories in height.  The project consisted of asbestos abatement, demolition, removal of foundation systems, underground storage tank (UST) removals, import and placement of structural fill, and final grading and seeding of the site.  Jackson also salvaged and palletized several thousand square feet of Ohio Sandstone for reuse by the county on future projects.
