Project Description

This project consists of the remediation and demolition all existing buildings, foundations, structures and improvements at the Project Site, including the existing First Prize building and several small associated buildings, as well as the removal of any personal property and equipment at the Project Site. Disposal of waste generated from the demolition and remediation work and all other actions needed to completely remove and dispose of the buildings and other property and equipment at the Project Site.
