Meet Our Team
Alexander (Sandy) Jackson
Sandy’s passion for demolition is unmatched in the industry. He has been the driving force behind Jackson Demolition’s continued expansion since 1978. Since that time, Sandy is involved in every project that is undertaken; from single commercial structures to 1600 acre chemical plans. Under Sandy’s leadership Jackson Demolition has grown from a local operation to a nationally renowned industry leader.
Executive Vice President
Josh joined Jackson Demolition in August of 2014. He plays a key role in facility assessments, attending pre-bid meetings, and site walks. Josh’s proven track record in project costing and competitive bidding help Jackson Demolition to continue to grow. With a strong background in project management, Josh identifies labor, material, and equipment costs for proposed projects and directs field operations for all of Jackson Demolition’s northeastern project sites.
Vice President, Industrial Services
Mark has 28 years of professional experience, involving demolition, remediation, recycling, asset recovery, heavy equipment, construction, and project management. His demolition and environmental remediation work include estimating, project management and operations for projects ranging in size from small commercial facilities to multi-year, multi-million-dollar industrial projects. Mark has led a wide variety of demolition projects, including projects for the steel, power, automotive, chemical, oil & gas, mining, and paper industries, as well as for government, developers, and others.
Jason brings 10 years of experience in the demolition and environmental industries to Jackson Demolition and is often the first point of contact and introduction to potential customers. Jason’s primary responsibilities include new client business development and qualifying Jackson Demolition for new project opportunities across the United States and abroad. In addition he represents Jackson Demolition at meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Corporate Health, Safety, Environmental Director
Josh has more than 18 years of experience in Health and Safety Program Management. Throughout that time, he has developed and implemented safety policies, training programs and Site-Specific Health and Safety plans for numerous demolition, remediation, and abatement operations. He is responsible for directing the Corporate Health and Safety program at Jackson Demolition across all regions and sectors.
Chief Financial Officer
Mike has over 35 years of financial operations experience in the insurance and construction industries. He has a background in auditing and financial systems development, implementation, and maintenance. Mike is responsible for full accounting operations and reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset management, cash flow, treasury, tax, insurance, and scrap income management. He is also responsible for audits, financial statements, budget forecasting, job cost management, 401k plan reporting and more.
Katie has been with Jackson Demolition since 2015. She oversees and assists with a wide variety of day-to-day administrative, technical and executive support tasks. Katie holds a degree in Accounting and has 20 years Administrative and Office Management experience in the construction industry. Her strong background in accounts payable, receivables, and payroll is an asset to Jackson Demolition.
